As more details become public, it looks like the $7 million cut in Chariho funding is going to be phased in, over 10 years. So the good news is, we won’t take the whole hit in a single year (although frankly, it would not have surprised me to see such a move from the state). The bad news is that with the municipal budget likely to continue its own increases, it still means an easy $100-$200 tax in crease every year until forever. Or until we go bankrupt and the whole system crashes. Wa-ho!

I wonder how much it costs to educate a Charlestown student vs a Hopkinton student now. Does anyone know?

Welcome back Ishmael ! We certainly have been worried about you ! Thought Scuncio had stashed you away somewhere ! Ahh a long vacation ! Back in gear very good ! We’ll have to put a notice in the westerly sun hm you think they’ll print it NEVER !
I don’t know about $$ charlestown spends on schools. But I think those poor bastards are regretting the day they took dilibero off Hopkinton’s hands. Yes he’s back to his old tricks . Remember what he did to Mauti and that equaled a lawsuit against Hopkinton. Oh well history repeating itself. Yes now he wants Charlestown’s Beloved local gal, Lisa DiBello fired ! Another lawsuit ! Plus he has his eyes on two more employees to exit as well ! Even wes sun editorial stated maybe he’s in the wrong job !
But Hopkinton has scuncio, dpw reese former police , mcgarry former police chief as mgr, a police town. Hey did anyone see the new toy scuncio has ? Baby has an armored car with lil’ square windows [ to match his head]!! How much did that cost??
Some people from charlestown got hit with $90- tickets while shopping/dining/conducting business in Hopkinton. Well their not coming back to spend their money !
Scuncio took his homeowners ins co. to wakefield superior court whereas they refused to pay his legal fees in the Mauti case ! He lost ,they don’t have to pay, would of loved to been a fly on the wall when he took off. Remember Mauti sued him personally. Oh dilibero the weasel is trying to slither out of suit ! He got out of dodge before the snake [scuncio)swallowed him whole!
Things just never change !

I’d like to see that Sun editorial. I’ve given up on the Sun, however, and won’t pay to buy that rag anymore. It just encourages them to write crap. I did notice the newest DiLibero scandal. I should point out that Mauti was disabled by his back, Hardiman had cancer (if I recall correctly) and now the woman in Charlestown has some leg disability. It seems like DiLibero intentionally targets sick people to fire. He’s quite a nasty character- only Charlestown would be stupid enough to hire him after all the problems he caused Hopkinton….

You pointed out what a lot of us have also realized. Yes dilibero kicks one when their down ,quite a man ?! I was in the hospital ,serious back problems leaving me with a walker ,hospital bed etc. When he called scuncio to arrest me after I has just advised him I was going to upload corruption videos on town & police. Baruti asked me did I upload videos at station, hm I said old dilibero called them ! The warrant even said they had to stop me from uploading them. Dave Whewell arrested me and wouldn’t let me take my walker. Oh he was so loyal to old scuncio. Now he’s suing him. Scuncio went after him ahh not so nice hey david. They also previously arrested me like Mauti for not transferring license in 30 days. Charlestown former Police Chief Sharkey said there was no probable cause . So how could they of arrested me ? Do whatever they want.
Understand this dilibero cannot be trusted. I hope Karma visits them it will undoubtedly. They’ll cannibalize each other! I’ll sell the tickets to that show which will be a sell out !
